Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at cicioracrystal@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We offer prepaid return labels for most products in our store. For products in our custom collection, we provide return labels without exception for customers who wish to return/exchange items.
We offer returns for any product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Please let us know and we will provide a return and replacement address.
For items for which we do not provide a return label, the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. We do not accept returns on swimwear at all for hygiene reasons.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g. special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
