NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE TERMS 
These terms and conditions are signed and acknowledged by CICIORA (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) and the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “You”). Please be sure to read, fully understand and accept all of the following before you pay for your order. Once you complete the payment of the order, you are deemed to have fully agreed and accepted all the terms of this agreement.

Please be sure to carefully read, fully understand and accept all of the following before you pay for your order, once you complete the order payment, it is deemed that you have fully agreed to and accepted all of the terms of this agreement.

Article 1 Scope of Application 
1.1 These Terms apply to all goods, including but not limited to:
 a) Jewelry produced based on drawings, samples, oral descriptions, material requirements, sizes, engraved content, gemstone substitution and any other forms of personalized needs provided by you;
 b) Any personalized modification of existing styles such as rim change, stone change, color change, size change, chain length change or engraving;
 c) Any merchandise that cannot be sold twice due to rare gemstones, special metals, complex craftsmanship, limited edition accessories, etc. specified by you (or confirmed by you).

Article 2 Non-refundable and non-exchangeable principle
2.1 From the date you pay for the order and both parties confirm the Final Design Confirmation, the order enters an irreversible and exclusive production process.
2.2 Once the customized goods are delivered, no returns, exchanges, order cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, changes in subjective preferences, wearing effects that do not match with the imagination, opinions of other people, pricing factors, logistic timeframes, changes in personal financial status, refusal of the gift recipient, etc.).
2.3 If the store is unable to complete the production on schedule due to force majeure (such as war, earthquake, flood, government ban, etc.), you may choose to:
 a) postpone the delivery period; or
 b) cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid without interest; 
Other than this, no refund obligation arises in any other case.

Article 3 Quality Commitment and Exception 
3.1 Our store guarantees that the customized merchandise is delivered in full conformity with the documents such as “Design Drawing”, “Gemstone Grading Report” and “Certificate of Metallic Color” that you have finally confirmed.
3.2 If any of the following circumstances exists in the merchandise, you have to submit in writing (email) to our store and provide valid evidence within the 3rd natural day (including the same day) from the date of signing for the delivery, after which the merchandise will be deemed to be in full compliance with the agreement: 
a) Precious metal color does not conform to the agreement in the contract;
 b) The variety, weight, color, clarity and cut grade of the main stone are not in accordance with the contract;
 c) The risk of the main stone loosening or falling off due to the inlay process;
 d) Significant defects on the surface that are visible to the naked eye and cannot be caused by wearing.
After the store review to confirm the truth, can be within 30 days free of charge repair or redo; if redo still can not meet the agreed standards, can be negotiated refund. In addition to this, we do not accept any return or exchange requests.

Article 4 Size and Risk of Wearing 
4.1 The size of the ring, bracelet, bangles, etc. should be provided by you with accurate measurement data; our store will produce according to the size given by you. Due to the measurement error or later changes in body shape caused by the inappropriate, the store can provide paid to change the ring/chain service, the cost and risk borne by you.

4.2 Precious stones may be worn, chipped, scratched, broken and other risks in daily wear, such physical damage is not a quality problem.

Article 5 Logistics and Signing Acceptance 
5.1 Once you or the person you designate to receive the goods has signed for the goods and has not raised any objection on the spot, it is considered that the appearance, quantity, accessories, certificates and packaging of the goods are in good condition and in accordance with the agreement, and you shall bear the risk of any damages or loss thereafter.
