How long does it take to ship?
Shipments are dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. We strive to get the package to you within 7-15 days. During unforeseen circumstances such as promotional periods, holidays, and extreme weather events, delivery may take additional time.

How do I track my order?
Customers who have successfully placed an order can click on the link >>> https://www.ciciorastar.com/page/track-the-order to track the order. Enter the phone number you left when filling in the logistics inquiry information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know the tracking information about the shipping details. You can also check the status of your order online at Order Tracking using your order number and email address. If your package did not arrive within the estimated time or you have additional questions about shipping, we are happy to help!
