We ship to many countries and regions around the world: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.
What are your shipping and handling times?
Shipping to Europe and the United States generally takes 7-15 days to arrive.
International shipping times vary and can take up to 15-20 days, depending on location and supplier.
PS: After placing an order, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for an order to ship. We do not ship on weekends.
Do I need to pay international duties and taxes?
CICIORA is not responsible for any duties and taxes on international shipments. To find out if you need to pay duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The allowance for duty-free packages is set by local customs authorities.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.

Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?
Items in our collection may come from different suppliers, in some cases we will ship them in separate packages at no extra cost to you. Don't worry! After waiting for a while, if there is still something missing, please let us know and we will investigate.
Can I stop a recent order?
To stop an order immediately after placing it, please contact cicioracrystal@gmail.com as soon as possible on the same day. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order. If the shipment is already being processed, you will need to request a return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.
